1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings for 16-seater Force Urbania and tour vehicles are confirmed upon receipt of advance booking amount or official confirmation via WhatsApp/Call from Sonkhiya Tours & Travels.

2. Vehicle Usage & Safety Rules

• Vehicles are driven exclusively by professional commercial license drivers provided by Sonkhiya Tours.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passenger count must not exceed the permitted seating capacity (16 passengers for Force Urbania).

3. Tolls, Parking & Taxes

Interstate state taxes, highway toll charges, and parking fees encountered during outstation tours across Rajasthan are payable as per agreed booking terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are eligible for partial or full refund subject to tour schedule. Contact our support line at +91 97834 59999 for any changes.
